There are 2 save files included because when you complete the last level you can't do anything else so I put 2 bin files they include the following:
save1:
100.0% completed
All 12 Missions in each town done
All veicles
cannot play any other town exept the last one
alot of money (not max money like $999999 you don't unlock anything else having that much)

save2:
97.4%
can access any town
to get 100% you just have to complete the pizza boy of the year contest.

my comment on this game is that it was kind of strange.
