This save has all 3 campaigns done, all mission are done with bronze, silver and gold medals EXCEPT 2 RAF missions and 1 Luftwaffe missions.
You have all planes, skins and "Super Features".
Thats super speed, unlimited missiles, extra splash damage.
You do not get anything else for getting all golds on a campaign after super splash damage (per campaign), I got all gold on the Russian campaign and got nothing extra unlocked.
